การสั่งซื้อสินค้า
สินค้าทุกชิ้นของเรา ได้รับการตรวจสอบก่อนนำส่งให้ลูกค้าเสมอ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับสินค้าที่ถูกต้องและอยู่ในสภาพดีที่สุด พร้อมแก่การใช้งาน
ทางบริษัทฯ เปิดรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าตั้งแต่ วันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ ช่วงเวลา 08:00-17:30 น. เว้นวันหยุดราชการ
สำหรับสินค้าที่มีในสต็อก บริษัทฯ จะส่งสินค้าถึงท่านภายใน 3 วันทำการ นับจากได้รับ Purchase Order (P.O.) ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล สำหรับพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัด บริษัทฯ จะส่งสินค้าถึงท่านภายใน 7 วันทำการ
ในกรณีที่ท่านต้องการสินค้าเร่งด่วน กรุณาติดต่อ ผู้แทนฝ่ายขาย หรือ จนท. ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์โดยตรง เพื่อขอคำยืนยันในการส่งสินค้าเร่งด่วน
การรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้า และการคืนสินค้า
บริษัทฯ รับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าทุกชิ้นที่บริษัทฯเป็นผู้นำเข้า หากสินค้ามีคุณภาพไม่ได้ตามมาตรฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ใน Technical Data Sheet (TDS) หรือ Specification หรือ Certificate of Analysis (COA) บริษัทฯ ยินดีรับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ใหม่
หากเกิดการเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง หรือสินค้ามีสภาพผิดปกติ กรุณาแจ้งผู้แทนฝ่ายขาย หรือ จนท. ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ เพื่อรับคืนสินค้ามาตรวจสอบสภาพก่อน ท่านจะได้รับการยืนยันเพื่อเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ หลังจากมีการรับคืนสินค้า
Purchasing
We receive the Purchase Order(s) On Monday – Friday; 08:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (except on Public Holiday). The on stock item(s) will be delivery to you within 3 days after receive the Purchase Order (P.O.) for Bangkok and boundary area. In case of upcountry, the goods will be delivery within 7 days. For urgent case, please contact our Sales Person or Customer Service Officer directly.
Warranties and Return of Products
All of our products are checked before delivery to our customers. We ensure that the goods are correct and in the best condition. We warrant that the products should conform to the description as provided to you by Technical Data Sheet (TDS) or Specification or Certificated of Analysis (COA). If the quality of product is not meet standard specification, we will be pleased to offer a refund or replacement.
If you found any damage or nonperformance please contact us. The returned goods would be investigated case by case. You would receive the confirmation of Change within 3-5 days after we receive the returned goods.
